Job Details:
The primary responsibilities of this individual include leadership, direction and feedback to the patient care team members; evaluation, collaboration and coordination of the plan of care; patient and family education; patient safety and planning for discharge. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Licensure/Certification:
-Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program
-Original certificate with NBCOT Inc.
-Current registration in the State of Michigan Preferred

Experience required:
-Previous experience preferred
-Member of AOTA, MOTA
