Pediatric and OB/GYN Residency Support
DIRECTOR

Sacred Heart Health System partners with Florida State University College of Medicine in providing two highly specialized residency training programs: pediatrics and obstetrics and gynecology. These programs focus on fostering a lifelong commitment to the promotion of women's and children's health care.

Sacred Heart is currently recruiting for a Director, Residency Support with progressive management experience in a healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and operational aspect of the residency programs and their associated functions.

The minimum qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years of progressive responsible management experience in healthcare environment
• Physician practice management or residency program experience preferred.

Sacred Heart's OB/GYN Residency Program is a four-year, fully-accredited program with three residents at each level.

The Pediatric Residency Program is a three-year, fully-accredited program with four residents at each level and a chief resident who stays for an additional fourth year.
