Medium size well established cardiology group
has a vacancy for noninterventional cardiologists due
to expansion located in a suburb 30 minutes from Chicago.
Group holds leadership positions in the two area hospitals.
2 year partnership track.
Single specialty, private
cardiology group. The need for additional cardiologists
is in direct response to market position and the growing
demand. Practice is well established and holds leadership
positions in the two area hospitals. In-office services/facilities
include: echo, carotid ultrasound, peripheral vascular
imaging, stress echo, holter, ekg. Other services include:
congestive heart failure clinic, heart rhythm center,
Lipid clinic, and pacer clinic.
The group has
3 centers of focus: Women's Heart Center, Vascular
Disease Center, and Heart Rhythm Center. The Women's
Heart program has received national recognition and
support. Group also has Research Center (separate from
the Cardiology group) owned by 3 partners in the group.
The Research Center manages 16 clinical studies and
employs a group of certified research coordinators.
Candidate can become involved in research as principal
or investigator if interested. 2 main hospitals. One
facility boasts five-star cardiovascular rating and
350+ beds. Excellent call. Physicians share hospital
work on a weekly basis - at least one of the docs is
in each hospital Friday a.m. through the following
Friday. Starting range for new grad is competitive.
Partner income is based upon a blended model of productivity
and equal split. Partnership in 2 years. Benefits pkg
includes health, dental, vision, standard life, STD/LTD,
CME allowance, travel allowance, relocation credit,
pension plan, 401k, and 4 weeks vacation. Rapidly growing
