The Dialysis Coordinator will oversee clinical practice and staff for both in-patient and out-patient dialysis units.

Develops policies and procedures, oversees staff educational needs and competencies, plans for staff, supplies & equipment, coordinates QA projects and reporting, serves as a clinical resource person. Works closely with the Department Administrator, Medical Director, Nurse Director, Team Leads, as well as collaborative efforts with other departmental managers.

Qualifications:
Requires a current BLS, Florida RN license or eligibility, BSN degree, a minimum of 5 years of Nursing experience with 2 years required within related clinical specialty. Two years of supervisory experience preferred, or demonstated leadership ability. Certification in specialty recommended.
