Cottage Health System is currently in need of a seasoned supervisor for their Business Office, who will hire, train, supervise and coordinate daily activities to ensure timely follow up and resolution of patient accounts. Must be able to prioritize, delegate and follow-up on staff's responsibilities in a manner which results in the effective completion of both projects and daily work assignments. Requires strong interpersonal skills, effective written/verbal communication skills, experience with medical billing systems, and Excel. Must have knowledge of medical terminology, government/third party payer medical billing. Hospital experience preferred.
