Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the operations team in Leawood, KS.

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the operations team in Leawood, KS.

Primary Responsibilities:
The person selected for this position will assume responsibilities for operational performance for a large physician billing office. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of a medical billing office, including accounts receivable management, reimbursement management, and payor relations performance standards.

Qualifications:
• Proven success in leadership, customer service and physician/client relationships
• Effective meeting management and presentation skills to large client groups
• Three (3) + years experience managing a physician billing center, including two (2) years of physician practice management experience.
• Experience in managing medical billing and reimbursement and managed care contracts.
• Excellent analytical, oral and written communication, and organizational skills
• Systems and software proficiency, including Excel.
• Demonstrated managerial achievement and technical knowledge.
• College degree required, Masters Degree preferred.
• Radiology, Anesthesiology, or Emergency Medical Practice Experience highly desired.
