Job Details: Medical Operations/Practice Manager

Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Operations/Practice Manager to join the Mid-West operations team in Tulsa, OK.

Primary Responsibilities:
The person selected for this position will assume responsibilities for operational performance for one or more physician groups in the mid west market. Responsibilities include participation in managing all aspects of a one-large billing office, including accounts receivable management, reimbursement management, process improvement, implementation of technology initiatives, human resource management and payor and administrative relations.

Qualifications:
• Proven success in leadership, customer service and physician/client relationships
• Effective meeting management and presentation skills to large client groups
• Three (3) + years experience managing multiple clients, including two (2) years of physician practice management experience.
• Experience in managing medical billing and reimbursement and managed care contracts.
• Excellent analytical, oral and written communication, and organizational skills
• Systems and software proficiency, including Excel.
• Demonstrated managerial achievement and technical knowledge.
• College degree required, Masters Degree preferred.
• Radiology, Anesthesiology, or Emergency Medical Practice Experience highly desired.
• Sentinel Flash/Vitalworks software experience a+.
• Some regional and local travel required.
