Job Details: Practice Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to become a member of the MMP team and manage a prestigious, dynamic, 32 physician radiology group in Little Rock, Arkansas. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and organized, entrepreneurial, possesses proven leadership skills and has a strong background in business development, marketing and strategic planning.

Primary Responsibilities:
The person selected for this position will assume responsibilities for practice management for one of the West Region's most prestigious physician groups. Responsibilities include managing growth of the practice, contract negotiations, strategic planning and direction, and benefits analysis and design.

Qualifications:
• Proven success in leadership, customer service and physician/client relationships
• Effective meeting management and presentation skills to large groups.
• Proven project manager track record with the ability to create action plans with measurable benchmarks and implementation.
• Excellent analytical, oral and written communication, and organizational skills
• Systems and software proficiency, including Excel.
• Demonstrated managerial achievement and technical knowledge.
• College degree required, Masters Degree preferred.
• Physician group management experience. Radiology industry experience a must!
