An accomplished, enterprising expert, working both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for the development and effectiveness of the provincial communicable disease control program guidelines. You'll provide guidance, expertise and leadership to health care providers regarding implementation of Communicable Disease program guidelines in support of high quality CD prevention programs.

You possess a current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC). You have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a community component or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, along with three (3) years' recent related experience in public health nursing, including communicable disease control programs. Comprehensive knowledge in public health CD programs, a broad knowledge of BC's health care system, high level of expertise in vaccine preventable disease epidemiology in BC and Canada as well as demonstrated excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills complete your profile.
