Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner
Nurse Practitioner Anticoagulation Management Service DeKalb Medical Full time Monday-Friday no weekends or holidays coverage. Responsibilities: Individualized outpatient medical management of adult patients with various chronic and acute diagnoses requiring many forms of anticoagulation. NP will provide physical assessment, pre/post surgical/procedural care, design ongoing therapeutic plans, patient education, monitoring and coordination of care. Patient care is guided per protocols and Medical Director supervision is available. The AMS is located at DeKalb Medical, a community based hospital in Decatur, Georgia. Requirements are minimum two years NP experience and GA licensure. Excellent hospital benefits and up to $10,000 relocation assistance to Atlanta, GA.
