The key duties of the CVOR Specialty Team Leader will include:
-Providing direction and acting as resource to other members of the specialty team to ensure comprehensive and safe patient care.
-Maintaining full accountability to ensure that supplies and equipment are available to perform cases within their assigned specialty.
-Delivering peri-operative nursing care to surgical patients.
-Maintaining a safe and aseptic environment in the Operating Room.
-Performing circulator and scrub duties within the CVOR.

Successful candidates will have:
-Current RN Licensure & BLS certification required

-5 years of previous OR experience required, CVOR preferred.
-CNOR Certification preferred, must be able to circulate and scrub within the CVOR.
