ENT Physician/Plastic Surgeon; offering competitive

An otolaryngology practice of six physicians and one ARNP is seeking to hire a physician who would practice both general otolaryngology as well as facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Tallahassee, Florida, serves as a tertiary care center for northwest Florida, as well as south Georgia and Alabama. The practice is approximately 90% referral based. Our office suite is designed to accommodate a separate entrance and waiting room for clients interested in facial plastics procedures or facial products. The group is actively engaged in the construction of a multispecialty surgery center and the opportunity to invest is available. The physicians are supported by an experienced audiology department that provides on-site testing, and offer sales and services of hearing aids. The physicians meet weekly to make decisions on practice issues and enjoy monthly journal discussions and x-ray conferences. Our use of an electronic medical records system increases office efficiency and allows for better patient care. Emergency call is rotated every 5th night and weekend. The physicians split their production with the group in such a way to promote the "group concept" and reward individual efforts. We have assembled an excellent team to deliver medical care in a compassionate setting and seek to find a candidate who will compliment the group practice and style.
