Shift: Evening/Night & EOW
Hours: Evening/night CTL position, baylor or every other weekend
Job Details:

Must possess skills to provide professional care to patients and leadership to staff to assure quality patient care. Assumes responsibilities delegated by manager and assists with development/coordination of strategically aligned system wide processes related to patient care. Facilitates effective open two-way communication and resolution of work site operational issues that support service line goals, objectives, benchmarks and targets. Graduate of accredited nursing program and Virginia licensure as a Registered Nurse required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of two years RN experience or related training and leadership experience required. ACLS and PALS preferred. Must demonstrate leadership qualities at current level of practice and good interpersonal/communication skills, decision-making, conflict and problem solving skills. Orthopedic experience required. Standing/Sitting, or walking for long periods of time required. OR experience preferred.
