Description: Successful practice in Atlanta, GA (not some distant suburb) is looking to add another doctor. We offer a competitive salary and flexible hours.
I am a solo practitioner in Atlanta, GA who has grown faster than I ever imagined. I am looking for a future partner to help my practice grow. I share an office with another solo ob/gyn so call is not bad during the week (1:2 now, 1:3 with you). We have a weekend call group that would be 1:7 with you. I work at Northside Hospital ( www.Northside.com ), which is the premier place to deliver babies/provide women�s services in Atlanta (they just added a new addition to the Women�s Center which makes it 9 stories tall- that�s right, just the Women�s Center is 9 stories tall). My office and practice is small with low overhead. This allows me to make a lot of money while still maintaining quality of life.

Beginning salary of $175K plus depending on qualifications. I am a big fan of quality of life, so I offer 4 weeks vacation plus a week of paid CME. I also am willing to offer an immediate incentive/bonus package based on production.

I am looking for someone who is kind and knowledgeable. I have built my practice on good customer service and bedside manner and need someone who can provide the same. I am 38 so most of my business is obstetrics, but the mix is rapidly changing.

My practice currently sees up to 25 patients in a day (usually less) and I average 12 deliveries a month. I do 2-3 majors a month and a few more minor surgeries. Most nights on call I sleep in my own bed at home. For serious candidates, my books are open to verify all this information.

I went through the interviewing process myself just a few short years ago, so I know how scary and intimidating this can be. I am doing my own recruiting so you can deal with me directly.
