Description: Director of Case Management needed for a 90 bed hospital in Western Arizona
Will direct all aspects of the Case Management Department, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures and that quality of care is consistent with WARMC standards.

Will assures accurate review functions for appropriateness of patient admission, level of care, and continued hospital stay.

Reports UR concerns appropriately and works collaboratively with the Physician Advisor to ensure WARMC goals. Serves as staff assistant to the Physician Advisor.

Demonstrates well-defined organizational and time management skills.

Observes professional ethics in maintaining confidential information acquired regarding person, financial, medical or employment of patients, families, and employees of WARMC.

Applies concepts of customer relations and advocacy.

Promotes positive relationships. 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Must possess a current Arizona License as a Registered Nurse or should have applied. Case Management Certification required.
