Job Details: Physician Services Financial Manager

 
Description: Kingman Regional Medical Center is a 213 bed acute care not for profit hospital in beautiful Kingman, AZ. We are actively seeking to fill a new position, Physcian Services Financial Manager.
POSITION PURPOSE: Provides financial administration for physician practices owned by the hospital, and practices where services are provided through the Management Services Organization, regarding financial analysis, reporting and operating issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include coordinating and executing financial systems for functions such as coordination of analysis and reporting of operational assessments for individual practices and the physician services business line, regulatory compliance, and revenue-cycle related audits, analyses, reporting and recommendations.
