Affinity Medical Center was formed in February 2006 from two facilities, the Doctors Campus and the Massillon Campus In 2008, these two campuses will merge into one facility, providing exceptional service to the residents of Massillon at one location. Emergency Department sees approximately 23,000 patients annually. Massillon, a community of more than 31,000 residents, is located less than 30 miles south of Akron in Stark County. There is an abundance of activities for every member of the family. Spend your time on the Tuscarawas River, going down the indoor waterslides at the Massillon Recreation Center, touring the nearby Amish country, or at one of the 35 area parks that cover more than 800 acres. In the fall, be sure to catch a Massillon Tiger's football game at Paul Brown Tiger Stadium. Massillon is a great place to call home!

Samaritan Hospital is the flagship facility of Samaritan Regional Health System and is also the major medical provider in Ashland County, Ohio. This 110-bed facility was given to the city of Ashland in 1912 by Jesse Lewis and Mary Clark. The recently expanded Emergency Department includes a Fast Track area. The department, which averages 27,000 patient visits annually, sees an average acuity level and admits approximately 15% of the patients. There is less than 5% major trauma, 15% minor trauma and approximately 25% pediatrics. Ashland is centrally located 82 miles northeast of Columbus and 60 miles south of Cleveland. The city, with a population of approximately 22,000 residents and a service population of 55,000, takes pride in its rich heritage and in being a model of a small Midwestern city. A quaint university town with a strong work ethic and a love of traditional family values, Ashland provides quiet, friendly neighborhoods. Fine schools, churches, and shopping are all minutes from home.

All interested candidates must be ANCC or NCCPA certified and have previous ED experience.
