Job Details: Family Practice Physician with OB

Description: Altru Clinic Lake Region, a part of the Altru Health System is seeking a Family Practice Physician with OB.
There are currently 4 family practice physicians, 4 internal medicine physicians, 1 internal medicine/gastroenterologist and one general surgeon practicing in Altru Clinic Lake Region. Additional family practice physicians will be joining the group. Devils Lake is a community of 8,000 located in a great hunting and fishing region.

Practice Specifics:
• OB call is 1:3. There is no weekend call, except for OB back-up call which is 1:3. Physician may contract with the hospital to provide weekend coverage.
• The opportunity to do c-sections is also available with the proper training.
• Admit to Mercy Hospital a 35-bed hospital.

Requirements:
• BC/BE Family Practice

Compensation:
Guaranteed salary of $160,000 for first 12-18 months, opportunity to earn more based on production. Production based on Work Relative Value Units after guarantee period.
Sign-on Bonus - $20,000
