Description: This is a PICU unit that is comprised of critically ill children and also specializes in Pediatric Liver/Bowel Transplant patients.

Position Summary:
Provides direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process or assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care; participates in communication and decision-making activities of the unit, which include provision of care; and communicates information in verbal and written fashion that reflects the planned and delivered care for a patient.

Required Education/Training:
This position requires a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; current DC license as a Registered Professional Nurse; and certification in Basic Life Support.
