About the position:
Leads and directs the development of clinical quality measures that will differentiate Emory Healthcare as a top performer. The primary responsibility is to direct and coordinate the institution's internal and external clinical quality data/scorecard through the use of clinically relevant statistical analysis reports, biostatistics and identification of improvement opportunities. Responsible for modeling the use of data to improve clinical quality and to achieve best practice performance. Defines and maintains a reporting management strategy that is consistent, accurate and standards-driven to anticipate institutional needs. Acts as a liaison between the Office of Quality, Information Technology and other Emory Healthcare departments relative to quality measures and data management; performs other duties as assigned. Works closely with Information Technology and business staff to develop defined reports/applications and provides educational support; manages staff such as data analyst.

About the qualifications:
Master's degree in Business or Healthcare. Five years of experience working with healthcare data in quality or analytics, clinical applications and/or biostatistics. Experience in writing business requirements and functional specifications. Previous leadership experience. Previous healthcare experience required. Experience in integrating systems into a diverse enterprise environment is ideal.
