Director of Med/Surge Unit needed at Brandywine
Hospital in Chester County, PA
The Nursing Director
is the leader for specified or assigned unit. Responsible
for the patient population and assigned nursing and
ancillary staff. Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates,
and evaluates the activities that take place on their
assigned unit. Provide direction, support, and guidance
to nurses and other staff. Twenty-four hour accountability
for assigned unit.
*Graduate from an accredited
school of nursing (BS required, master's degree in
nursing preferred)
*4-6 years clinical experience
in specified unit to be directed, preferred
*Experience
in Quality Improvement
*Self-directed
*Must
possess excellent interpersonal, time-management, and
problem solving skills
