Description: Due to continued growth and targeted program development, Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Associates, the physiatrist practice of Sister Kenny, seeks a full time physiatrist at Abbott Northwestern Hospital.
Kenny Rehabilitation Associates, the physiatrist practice of Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Institute, seeks a board-qualified or board-certified physiatrist with an interest in cancer and in-patient rehabilitation. This full time expansion position derives from growth in Sister Kenny's programs in cancer rehabilitation and lymphedema and in-patient rehabilitation. Integrally linked with the Virginia Piper Cancer Institute and Allina Hospitals & Clinics, the SKRI cancer rehabilitation program and services, our nationally recognized physician and allied health professional team provides full-spectrum, cutting-edge, innovative rehabilitation services to cancer survivors. The in-patient rehabilitation service is expanding by ten beds requiring additional physiatrist service to care for traditional in-patient population (spine surgery/ SCI, stroke, ABI, amputee).

With fourteen providers, Kenny Rehabilitation Associates is the largest physiatrist practice in the Twin Cities. KRA provides in-patient and out-patient care at Abbott Northwestern and United Hospitals and at other locations in the Minneapolis/ St. Paul metropolitan area. Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Institute, one of the Allina Hospitals & Clinics, has a long record of service to residents of the Upper Midwest. SKRI provides in-patient acute therapy, in-patient rehabilitation, and out-patient rehabilitation at 17 sites. Additionally SKRI has research and philanthropic arms. KRA physicians are employed by Allina Hospitals & Clinics.

An electronic medical record system is utilized.
