Description: Southern New Jersey 242-bed hospital, and affiliate of the University of Pennsylvania Health System, is seeking a Vice President of Patient Care Services.
Our client, a southern New Jersey 242-bed hospital and affiliate of the University of Pennsylvania Health System, is seeking a Vice President of Patient Care Services. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President for Patient Care Services will function as a key member of the executive leadership team and to lead its Nursing Division and other Patient Care Services.

The successful candidate should have a collaborative management style and possess strong strategic, organizational, and financial abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills along with a proven track record in improving patient, employee and physician satisfaction are essential as is prior experience in a nursing leadership role. An advanced degree required.
