The practice is over capacity and this Urologist is an exceptional physician who did an extra year of training before coming out into practice and has a sterling reputation in the community. The position would be to join this person and to share call. The hospital would consider certain salary or other subsidies such as forgivable loans etc. to get the second urologist started.
