Alaska -- Providence Health & Services is seeking
a BE/BC Pediatric GI to join a busy practice at our
dedicated children's hospital, The Children's Hospital
at Providence (TCHAP). Part of Providence Alaska Medical
Center, Alaska's largest and most advanced hospital.
Practice covers full range of Peds GI, so candidates
must be comfortable with virtually all relevant procedures.
As part of TCHAP, new physician will enjoy broad pediatric
subspecialty support, including pediatric surgery,
anesthesia and radiology, as well as endoscopy block
time with anesthesia and excellent air ambulance services.
Facilities include a 38-bed Level III NICU, 10-bed
PICU and outpatient subspecialty clinics. Draws from
population base of entire state of Alaska, some 670,000
people. Academic and clinical research available, as
well as opportunities for consultative practice with
other facilities in the area. Hospital-employed position
offers highly competitive compensation with cost-of-living
adjustment, generous benefits. Private practice model
