A premier Radiology group in the suburban Chicago area is looking for a spirited, entrepreneurial leader to direct administrative functions for their 20 physician practice. Providing services through more than seven outlets, including one of the largest and most respected hospitals in the area, this group has achieved enormous success in their specialty¡K this is an opportunity to lead one of the best in the business. SCOPE: Leadership of all operational aspects of a successful group practice- maintaining the successes that have been achieved and helping to pave the way for future growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversee Management,
marketing and growth of services for the wholly
owned imaging center
• Manage office staff
• Manage physician recruitment
and benefits
• Manage employee and
practice benefits
• Oversee, monitor,
and communicate regarding outsourced billing functions
• Oversee updates and
compliance
• Manage new business
and special projects
• Interface with legal,
accounting, and Virtual Radiology Consultants
• Present to the Board
of Directors
ATTRIBUTES: • Must be a self-starter
and possess superior analytical acumen; Must be
an effective communicator with executives, physicians,
peers and subordinates; Must be able to make decisions
independently; Must be flexible; Must enjoy management.
EDUCATION: • BS/BA in business,
healthcare, or a related field Posting
