Description: Good knowledge of assessment and intervention strategies/techniques in a medical and physical disabilities setting.

Perform evaluations and provide education in a manner appropriate to the age of the patient. Complete discharge planning for patients. Possess knowledge of use of FIM levels for patient evaluation.

Educational/Experience Requirements:
Graduate of accredited OT school. Valid and current license as an OT in the state of California. A minimum of five (5) years experience as a practicing therapist and evidence if ability to perform at this level preferred. A minimum of one (1) year experience in the current or similar practice setting in which the individual will be working as a therapist II preferred. Physical demands include the ability to push, pull, lift up to 100 pounds on an intermittent basis, able to bend, stoop, sit, stand, and walk without restrictions.
