NEUROSCIENCES
CENTER
Kadlec Health System is seeking an Executive
Director for the newly established Kadlec Neurosciences
Center. This key strategic initiative for the thriving
health system is poised to respond to the growing market
of the Tri-City area of Southeastern Washington. The
multi-specialty practice will include neurology, neurosurgery,
orthopedic surgery, pain management, physiatry and
psychiatry services. Plans are also underway for construction
of dedicated facilities for the Neurosciences Center
to include physician offices, physical and occupational
therapy, speech pathology and an array of diagnostic
modalities including CT/MRI and EEG/EMG.
The
Executive Director will work in concert with the Board
of Directors of the Neurosciences Center to set strategy
and actualize the vision of the strategic plan. The
Executive Director will be responsible for marketing,
public relations, physician recruitment, financial
management, and operations leadership of the center.
The Executive Director will be the strategic and operational
liaison with Kadlec Medical Center for the purposes
of creating the patient-centered experience for which
the medical center is known.
Successful candidates
will possess an entrepreneurial approach to the development
of the Neurosciences Center, have proven success in
either specialty practice management and/or hospital
clinical service line leadership experience. Demonstrated
leadership in a high revenue generating specialty practice
and/or neuroscience experience is preferred. A Bachelor's
degree in Business Health Care or related field is
required; Master in Business or Health Administration
