The Director of Foundation is responsible for designing and implementing plans for the development program. The director organizes a systematic approach to gifts including identification, research, tracking, soliciting, gift processing, acknowledgements and reporting. The director also serves as the development liaison to the Foundation Board.

Must have a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree Preferred.
Must have a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience, 8 or more years experience preferred.

Must have a Valid Driver's License

1. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; must be able to speak, read and write English
2. Ability to use initiative and judgment when making decisions
3. Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects and follow through to ensure tasks are complete

1. Raiser's Edge knowledge
