Progressive private practice neurology group
with 20 providers, 7 locations, 130 employees, sleep
labs, MRIs, diagnostic services in search of experienced
HR and operations manager to be a key member of the
management team.
1. Human Resource management - Creating an exceptional staff -Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, terminating, and ensuring the proper people are in the proper jobs -Daily supervision of main office staff -Oversight, communication & support for satellite office staff and off site technicians. -Staff training and development -Organization of efficient and effective workflow -Team building & corporate culture development -Benefits management -Overall benefits management for all group insurance plans (health, dental, life, std, ltd) and retirement plan - (401k & profit sharing). -Physician benefits management. -New employee orientation, enrollment in insurance plans for new employees and process additions/deletions during open enrollment, assistance with benefits issues, etc. -Payroll oversight and coordination -We use Paychex to process payroll, you would oversee, bookkeeper does all entry -Policies and procedures -Maintain an employee handbook with the overall NNA policies and procedures for human resources; update as necessary. -Develop and maintain job descriptions, policy & procedure manuals for specific duties and departments. -Development of operational protocols for specific service lines or specialty clinics. 2. Operations management -HIPPA and Compliance management -Internal and external forms, documents, communications. -Effective and efficient procedures for workflow, patient flow, and documentation management. -Patient and staff satisfaction -Operational and building issues -Telephone systems, scripts, and protocols. -General maintenance and day to day issues -Development of operational protocols for specific service lines or specialty clinics. -Day to day problems, conflicts, issues and just about anything that may come up that needs resolution, including patient or staff complaints. -Facilitate monthly Team Leader Meeting -Attend monthly Board of Director's Meeting 3Practice development -Assist in marketing efforts - physician liaisons and external marketing. -Assist administrator in practice development efforts, both external and internal. -Assist in analysis and development of new service lines. -Assist in physician recruiting, relations and support. 4. Other duties -Management of malpractice insurance claims and issues with carrier. Administrator handles renewals and financial arrangements. -Oversight of physician credentialing - hospital and insurance carriers -Other duties as assigned.
