Geriatrician with fellowship training needed for a community based practice. Doctor will be active in all clinical settings including inpatient, outpatient and long term care. The organization currently has 3 senior health centers and 2 hospital locations. There is one out patient senior health center in this county. This is a fully employed position in an outpatient clinic that is fully surveyed by the joint commission (all hospital rules apply) with affiliation at a 222 bed facility in this county. Patients can be seen at the clinic, the hospital and at the nursing home. Call varies with age specificity 1:4 (70 years and older). Employment package includes MGMA standard salary with sign on bonus and relocation reimbursement negotiable. There is an option for standard hospital employee health package. There are 22 days of paid time off plus 5 days CME with $3000 reimbursement.
