we have a need for an inpatient RN Unit Manager on
the Akron City Campus. This 16-bed unit defines teamwork.
The collaboration between physicians, nurses and support
staff has shown results. Patient satisfaction scores
consistently in the top 90 percentile.
This
is an excellent opportunity for you to continue to
foster and mentor your staff. You should be a BSN,
MSN preferred or agreement to complete within 4 years,
and certified in Oncology. At least two years of relevant
nursing experience and leadership qualities are also
required.
