Description: An income guarantee recruitment agreement with relocation and marketing assistance is available from Mercy Medical Center Redding and St. Elizabeth Community Hospital to an incoming Urologist.
The opportunity is to join a well established and respected Redding based Urology Group. The Urologist will split their time between Red Bluff and Redding, so both Mercy Medical Center Redding and St. Elizabeth Community Hospital are supportive and intricately involved in the recruitment. Call will be 1 week/4 weeks to 5 weeks and is fairly compensated by the hospitals. The incoming Urologist will have the opportunity to purchase an interest in an existing outpatient surgery center that has state-of-the-art equipment including digital imagery, a great Urology table, and a full compliment of equipment for renal and stone surgeries. The group's partnership track is one year and partnership income is based on production.
