Description: COME JOIN OUR TEAM AT NORTH OKALOOSA MEDICAL CENTER!
The Transcriptionist is responsible for all clerical functions in transcription. This includes monitoring the dictation/transcription software, monitoring operation of equipment, assignment of outsourced work, and charting all transcribed reports to proper locations on clinical areas in a timely manner. Answers all telephone requests for reports, and pulling reports for pre-admitting and pre-surgery. Audit/track H&P, Op Notes and Echo documentation compliance. Makes corrections in reports/files, formulates productivity reports, turnaround time reports and etc.
