Great Opportunity:
• Obtain specimens from patients and use the necessary manual and automated scientific techniques to analyze specimens, resulting in timely, accurate results for the diagnosis and treatment of our patients.
• Perform QC, QA, and PT
• Perform instrument maintenance and repair as necessary.
• Available to work all shifts, every other weekend, according to the needs of the laboratory
• Medical Technologist with internship completed.
• Ability to work all areas of the laboratory, except microbiology.
• ASCP, NCA, HEW, or AMT certification.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Pushing up to 200 lbs. on cart. Ability to work walking and/or standing for extended periods of time; over 4 hours per day minimum.
• One to two years experience in a moderate/complex lab preferred.
