Description: Mountain West Medical Center - Immediate Opening
The Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse who actively supports the mission, vision and objectives of Mountain West Medical Center and Community Health Systems. S/he the authority, responsibility and accountability for the clinical, financial and human resource management of a designated area (s) within the patient care division, and collaborates with the Medical Staff to achieve and maintain compliance to all regulatory and professional standards of practice and patient care.

Must have at least at least two years experience in an acute care health care environment; Demonstrate effective communication skills with all levels of staff, leadership physicians, patients, families and members of the community; previous leadership experience, computer literacy, experience with development and monitoring of budgets, and experience with quality and process improvement preferred.

Competencies Licenses/Certificates: Must possess a current Utah license as a Registered Nurse. BSN Preferred. Must obtain and maintain a current certification in CPR.
