System owned group with four surgeons and five PA's seeks BE/BC orthopaedic surgeon to join established and expanding, well-respected group to perform all general ortho procedures, with options for specialty interests. Opportunity allows practice at 248-bed Chambersburg Hospital and/or 64-bed Waynesboro Hospital. Call currently 1:7. Full support staff available to allow for practice with minimal constraints to style and preference. Low HMO penetration. Extremely competitive salary with benefits PLUS productivity bonus and loan repayment.
