Position Profile In this position you will be responsible for the daily coordination of inpatient cases of all payor types at Green Hospital including review for appropriateness of acute admission, level of care and continued inpatient stay and formulation of an effective discharge plan. As a team member, you will play an important role by collaborating with others and contributing toward our mission and values.

Basic Qualifications (required) Current RN license in CA, current BLS, 3 years clinical nursing experience, previous UM/discharge planning or Case Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelors of Science in Nursing
