Manages the development, implementation and administration of compensation and benefit programs for the Health System. Functions as part of the Health System's Human Resources management team.

Bachelor's Degree required. Masters preferred. 5-8 years experience required, 8+ years experience preferred. Certifications preferred for this job:
1. CEBS or CCP
Minimum specific knowledge and skills necessary to perform this job: Understanding of the legal framework for pay and benefit programs.
Preferred knowledge and skills necessary to perform this job:
1. Presentation skills, 2. Healthcare compensation and benefits experience, 3. Supervisory skills
