Director
of Engineering
The successful candidate will
be responsible for directing the team that manages
building systems maintenance. Must be knowledgeable
about Joint Commission life safety standards. Familiarity
with New York State Department of Health Article 28
and New York City Building Code standards is preferred.
Requirements include: a Bachelor's degree in
the field of Engineering and/or license; minimum of
10 years of experience in plant operations, building
maintenance and life safety management in a healthcare
setting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as
Director; superior written, verbal communication skills.
