Utilize your excellent leadership and analytical skills to optimize health care team interventions across the continuum as well as meet management and system improvement goals. This position will also provide the Nursing and Utilization Management component to our multidisciplinary team. Requires RN with a Bachelor's degree in nursing and 2 years experience as a clinical case manager or as an RN in the assigned clinical area with demonstrated clinical competence. This clinical experience must have taken place within the last five years of the nurse's career.
