Located throughout the Charlotte,
NC area, Carolinas HealthCare System is a premier,
multi-faceted healthcare organization whose facilities
make up one of the largest integrated healthcare systems
in the United States.
The key position is accountable
for leading the identification and profiling of value-added
opportunities across the System.
Responsibilities
include managing the day-to-day activities of a group
of professionals responsible for operational benchmarking;
opportunity identification and profiling with respect
to revenue, efficiencies, economies of scale, and productivity
enhancements; serving as a key department liaison to
the System's senior executive management team; and
developing and managing the department's internal resources,
business tools, and processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's
degree with 10-15 years of healthcare industry experience,
including at least 5 years of business/operational/finance
consulting experience and prior healthcare operations
management experience while working in a consulting
firm. Masters degree desired.
