The Medical Center of Aurora has received numerous awards for its heart and vascular services. It is the only hospital in Colorado with a Level 1 Cardiac Center and, in 2005, the hospital was designated a 'Cardiovascular Center for Excellence' by its parent company, HCA. Description

The OR Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is an RN who demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to his or her patients and to provide direction and supervisions to other staff caring for patients in his or her patient care department/unit. The CNC is responsible for coordination of afternoon activities, scheduling of procedures, monitors evening duties and assignments, coordinates schedule with staff and anesthesia.


Qualifications
RN with current CO license
BSN preferred
1-2 years management/supervisory experience
