EmCare
is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to work
full-time in an 8-bed Emergency Department in Dillon,
SC. McLeod Medical Center is a 79 bed, not-for-profit,
JCAHO accredited, community hospital that provides
inpatient acute care and outpatient services. Services
range from same day surgery to an extensive variety
of diagnostic testing. The Emergency Department provides
24 hours of physician coverage per day and 8 hours
of MLP coverage per day, with extended hours on weekends.
Specialty backup includes General Surgery, OB/GYN,
Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine. The
T-System is utilized for Charting. Ideal candidate
must be able to diagnosis and treat variety of minor
injuries/illnesses to complex cases in an ED and Fast
Track setting. Ability to work in a fast paced and
intense environment a plus.

located on the border of North and South Carolina placing
the county strategically within driving distance of
many of the South's major metropolitan areas as well
as scenic vacation destinations including Myrtle Beach,
Charleston, Charlotte, Asheville, Raleigh, Durham,
Chapel Hill and the golf capital of the world, Pinehurst.
