Description:
Two full-time positions available for PAs
to work with established physicians as part of our
Spine & Pain Management specialty.
Responsible
for supporting physicians and maintaining independent
clinics in the care and treatment of patients with
chronic pain resulting from trauma, disease, amputation,
or other health related conditions of the spine and
nervous system. Evaluates and orders diagnostic studies
(EMCs, MRIs, CAT Scans, etc.), determines care plan
and prescribes medications as appropriate. Performs
epidurals, nerve blocks, etc and assists in monitoring
patients in established rehab programs. Position is
full-time, day shift, NO CALL - NO WEEKENDS.
