Tippecanoe Community Health Clinic, Inc, a federally-qualified health center in Lafayette, Indiana, which serves over 8,000 patients annually, is seeking a Medical Director.

The Medical Director will coordinate and supervise the overall clinical care program for the Tippecanoe Community Health Clinic, Inc., (TCHC) ensuring clinical compliance with all appropriate external funding, accreditation, and reimbursement guidelines. The Medical Director will develop clinical programming, schedule provider personnel, implement and maintain the clinical quality improvement program, represent the provider staff to the CEO/President and Board of Directors, and represent the TCHC program to patients, the community and other external parties as required. The Medical Director will split his/her time between clinical practice and management duties.

Candidates must be compassionate and enjoy being in a mentor-type role. He/she must possess excellent management skills and be strategically focused. We require a medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification in a primary care field; we prefer a minimum of 3 years prior administrative experience.
