Description: Days - 8hr
Responsibilities
1. Provides patient care according to the written treatment plan established by the Physical Therapist.
2. Provides appropriate documentation in patient charts and treatment records.
3. Delegates appropriate tasks to aide.
4. Makes recommendations concerning treatment plan to supervising Physical Therapist.
5. Enhances professional growth and development through continuing education.
6. Shares in the responsibility of achieving team goals.
7. Maintains a proactive involvement in the Seton Performance Improvement process as it relates to departmental, site and network functions, and the Seton Philosophy.
8. Communicates effectively to ensure positive outcomes.
9. May participate in selection of new team members and assist with peer reviews of performance.

Minimum Qualifications
Licensed by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners is required. Within one month of hire, must obtain CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
Skills
Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, staff members, and the community.
