Job Details: Registered Nurse - SMC Surgery

Description: Days / Evenings - 8hr
Responsibilities
1. Implements and documents the Nursing Process for age specific patient care delivery. Functions as Provider within PCT team; collaborates with RN-M on patient assignments.
2. Assists in performance improvement activities. Learns how to improve patient care and patients satisfaction. Achieves and maintains current knowledge of nursing practice.
3. Learns how to work as and become an active member of a team and develops leadership qualities. Functions as Provider within clinical setting; collaborates with RN-M within PCT CareModel.
4. Demonstrates professional growth and development, acquires and maintains clinical competency.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be a graduate of an accredited registered nursing program. Current registered nurse license to practice in the state of Texas.
