The Administrator, Rehab is responsible for the oversight of all planning, coordination and direction of rehabilitation services including Child Development Services, Lourdes Regional rehabilitation Center (inpatient and outpatient services) and therapy at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center and Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County. The inpatient joint replacement unit at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center also falls within the scope of responsibility to maximize effectiveness and efficiency within the continuum of care for these patients with rehabilitation needs.

License or certification required for this job
1. New Jersey State license or National Registration applicable to discipline

Specialized Skills:
The minimum specific knowledge and skills necessary to perform this job
1. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; must be able to speak, read and write English
2.Ability to use initiative and judgment when making decisions
3.Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects and follow through to ensure tasks are complete
4.Minimum of 6 years of administrative experience with responsibilities for rehab related field

Preferred knowledge and skills necessary to perform this job:
1.Knowledge of rehab PPS reimbursement.
2.Knowledge of CARF standards
