The Position

An experienced nursing leader who has a proven track record of success, utilizing a collaborative, team-building approach, with a strong work ethic, and a passion for quality is desired. Qualified candidates will be bachelor's prepared nurses with at least five years of progressive nursing leadership experience; Master's preferred.

The Organization
This regional system includes the hospital, regional clinics and outreach services, cancer center, wellness center, pharmacy, and home care services. The not-for-profit medical center is a 184-bed, community, Joint Commission accredited facility. The hospital's Medical Staff consists of over 100 physicians and medical specialist in the areas of family practice, cardiology, obstetrics/gynecology, pediatrics, internal medicine, orthopedics, urology, and otolaryngology.
